Burgess Builders is fully compliant with California state contracting requirements. We are licensed as a class B, General Building Contractor. For the past 15 years, owner Neal Burgess has been the Foreman for a separate company, and has managed their jobs from start to finish. As with most hands on workers, he saw room for improvement. Also, as most birds earn their wings, they fly on their own. To a builder, customer satisfaction and a referral base is very important. When neither is achieved, a poor reputation is sure to follow.
